What is the Techshare Conference?

The Techshare Conference highlights the role of technology in the everyday life of people with disabilities. The Techshare Conference will be held on 4-5 October at Novotel London West (new window), London, UK, with pre-conference workshops held at the same venue on 3 October.

The conference is aimed at professionals who work in the disability field, or have an interest in technology. Techshare has in the past been an event just for those interested in technology and sight loss, but for 2007 the event is broadening to cover all disabilities.

The event builds on previous successful events under the 'Techshare' name, hosted in the past by RNIB in Birmingham. The new format in London will enlarge the conference and create the new expanded exhibition - Techshare Expo 2007.
